At Silverback Systems, we develop intelligent ordering, procurement and supply chain software solutions for the public and private sectors. Restock Smart Marketplace was born out of necessity during the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020 as part of a solution to ensure that personal protective equipment (PPE) effectively got to the frontlines of community healthcare.
Since supporting the efforts of BC Cancer and Vancouver Coastal Health to battle the COVID-19 pandemic, we have extended the system’s original functionality into adjacent markets, including health authorities, indigenous organizations, cities and municipalities, school boards and private businesses.

Gwen Martin is an accomplished entrepreneur and global business leader whose career spans service with the British Armed Forces, corporate leadership with Philips Lighting, and entrepreneurial innovation. She is the Co-Founder of Evolution Group of Companies and Chief Executive Officer of Blastramp and Silverback Systems, where she has built a portfolio of software solutions and third-party logistics programs serving international brands across multiple sectors.
